The Sarah Hotel
Our very first Urban Rest Hotel is located in the bustling suburb of Darlinghurst, Sydney. It's ideal for short-term stays and tailored to what the modern traveller's heart desires. Merging impeccable design with modern practicality, The Sarah Hotel boasts a range of intimate rooms with a focus on chic minimalism, providing a serene oasis in the heart of the bustling city. Each space has been decorated with bespoke finishes and artistic touches that reflect the creative spirit of the area while offering all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
And there’s more – The Sarah’s entrance has its very own cafe, The Sarah Darling, with a mouthwatering all-day menu. Open Monday to Friday, 7 am - 2:30 pm and Saturday, 8 am - 2 pm.

We provide fresh towels and comfortable linen on arrival with every stay. We use sustainable toiletry amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Every stay also includes a kettle, tea and coffee.
Loved the room I stayed in at The Sarah, Darlinghurst. Perfect location, clean, very beautiful details in the room. Perfect for a short corporate stay.
